Terms and Conditions

Set out below are the terms on which Viona Beauty Clinic provides services to its clients.

Please ensure that you have read and fully understood them prior to booking any treatment.

1. Appointments and Cancellations

We will notify you with the time and date of your treatment appointment. Upon receiving this notification, please confirm your attendance at the clinic. Failure to confirm may result in your appointment being reallocated to another client. All aestheticians and beauticians at Viona Beauty Clinic are trained and approved in accordance with the company’s treatment protocols. Therefore, in the interest of clinical audit, Viona Beauty Clinic does not guarantee continued treatment with the same practitioner.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice so we can reallocate your appointment to another client. Failure to provide the required notice may result in a cancellation fee. If you fail to attend an appointment without prior notice, we may charge a cancellation fee of £25 and require full prepayment for future treatments. Clients who have pre-purchased a course of treatments may forfeit one session.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time or forfeiture of the appointment. While Viona Beauty Clinic will make every effort to ensure your appointment runs on time, unforeseen circumstances may require us to cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible, but no compensation will be provided for cancellations made by the clinic.

Prior to your appointment, we will inform you of any preparation requirements. Failure to follow these instructions may lead to cancellation, reduced treatment time, or additional fees.

Refund Policy

• If Viona Beauty Clinic is unable to provide a service that the client has paid for, we will issue a full refund.

• If the client chooses to cancel their booking or is unable to attend after payment, the amount paid can either:

1. Be credited to their profile for future services.

or,

2. Be refunded after deducting any transaction fees incurred during the booking and cancellation process. These fees are charged by third-party payment processors and are not for the benefit of the clinic.

2. Credit Card Details, Deposits and Payments

Credit/debit card details are sometimes taken in respect of consultation and pre-assessment bookings in order to secure the appointment. No fee will be charged to this card unless you fail to attend your appointment or cancel it with less than 24 hours notice. Under these circumstances, we will make a charge of £25.
Some test patches and follow-up appointments are chargeable, but these charges will be made in the clinic on the appointment day.

If you have paid for a course of treatments and are subsequently unable to complete the course, we will offer you the equivalent value in other treatments at the discretion of the management. Refunds are not given.

Please note that gift cards are not refundable.

3. Courses of Treatments

All treatments purchased as a course must be paid for in full on the day of the first treatment. All treatments must be taken within 12 months of the date of purchase; any treatments left untaken after 12 months will be forfeited.

4. Treatment Suitability

We will always assess whether treatment is suitable for you, or likely to be successful, prior to any treatment being carried out. If not, we will inform you as to the reasons why. If you are not suitable for treatment, no fee is payable.

5. Liability

Viona Beauty Clinic will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he or she provide Viona Beauty Clinic with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. Viona Beauty Clinic will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details.

The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, Viona Beauty Clinic regarding the care of a treated area. Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit Viona Beauty Clinic liability for death or any personal injury resulting from Viona Beauty Clinic negligence.

6. Competitions and Offers

Viona Beauty Clinic reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition, special offers or deals and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes will be notified to all via this website as soon as possible.

7. Your Right to Complain

We endeavors to treat all our clients appropriately, compassionately and fairly. If, however, you have an issue with any matter in relation to your treatment at Viona Beauty Clinic, you are entitled to lodge a complaint, either verbally, by telephone or in writing.

If you require assistance with making your complaint, we will be pleased to help.

The member of staff who initially receives the complaint will convey the details to the Clinic Manager or their designated deputy, and you will receive a letter within two days of lodging the complaint that an investigation into the matter is underway.

During the course of the investigation, we may require you to attend an additional consultation with the practitioner involved in your treatment, if this is deemed appropriate. If you are not satisfied with this initial attempt at resolution, or have any objection to being seen by this practitioner, the clinic Manager will review your case.
